Neil O’Brien MP and I have made a short video – starring my baby daughter – on the consequences of the birth rate challenge in Britain, both in terms of its human cost and the impact on public finances.
You can watch it on X here (which won’t work for everyone because of new age verification rules), or on YouTube below.
Neil now leads on policy development for the Conservatives and of all the UK’s elected politicians, understands best the seriousness of the birth rate challenge and the need for government intervention to make it easier to have children, for everyone.
Do share our video if you like it!
“We need to make it easier” flies in the face of what racist, eugenicist, or simply pragmatic, social engineers in control of policy and funds believe deep down and what they understand:
Immigration is still cheaper, thanks to source nations footing the bill for early years + mothers’ lost earnings. And those who arrive come pre-selected for economic potential.
Having said that I would love it to be possible for my female siblings and cousins and peers who mostly want and like kids to be able to have them. So many barriers in the way despite being well educated.
